We would all like to see it...  Sigh.

In its infancy the Buy Now works but many of the options cause mobile failure - for instance adding an option list like "colors". Simple tax embeded in the button code works, but you try to implement smarter taxes linked to your profile, go home like a sad dog. There is supposed to be some way to get PP to prompt the buyer to input their shipping address. I am waiting their reply on this.

They don't document this stuff.  Laissez-faire.  I have another communication into them.  Stay tuned.  And in the meantime I am trying to get my account set up and functioning with Google Checkout just to see. I am waiting for the 2 small deposits to my bank account to get the account into confirmed state.
