[thelist] using z-index so flash gives up focus in ie

I've had to deal with this problem before, but don't quite remember the
solution, but I think Hugh is right and that you add the opaque parameter.
>From what I remember I think the "transparent" value will also work. It just
needs some kind of value to make the element behave properly.
