Depends on the position. But if it were something I thought I was qualified
for (networking support, desktop tech support, web coding, user interface
engineering) I'd say just that: I've learned how to learn, and anything I
don't know, I can learn.

In fact, that's how I got my last 3 jobs in IT. "No degree?" "Nope. Haven't
missed it yet." Hired.
