So far it hasn't given any fruits, and I know it's not something quick to do (one does not close contracts everyday, right?). I also know most of you are on holidays, in such case, consider this as a reminder only: we need to think about some kind of campaign-propaganda for these programs, once we get back. The problem with a banner on weo (unless it's a footer) is that the page top is taken up with the donation drive. btw, can we tighten the wording on that so it doesn't push the main content so far down? Also make it a bit less jargon-y and accurate. Something like: "evolt.org's success means that our hosting costs can't be covered by our volunteers alone, and we are asking our community for support. Your donation will ensure the continuing survival of evolt.org. None of the people who build and maintain evolt.org are paid." Also add "Evolt.org needs $TARGET to pay a year's hosting costs to July 2003." to "To support evolt.org, please make a donation » " and move it under the chart.
