I don't know the international prices that well. In Germany we have quite a
strong
competition in the dedicated server market, eg:

www.puretec.de - 49 €
www.hetzner.de - 39 € / AMD xp 1700, 256 MB RAM, 40 GB HD, 60 GB Traffic
included(http://www.hetzner.de/price_performance.htm)

This is quite a good offer but i am afraid with not enough ram.
Backup and Management is excluded, too.
