By the way, is David Kaufman here? What's happened with our new bank 
account? I never received any kind of signature card from David, nor 
any further word as to whether the account was ever set up. Elfur, 
did you get the card or anything else?

Back on August 29th David wrote:

"in the mean time, he suggested that, in order to expedite opening 
the account, my name, SSN and signature would be used initially, and 
currently Marlene Bruce and Elfur Logadottir are listed as additional 
signers on the account, but that will not become "effective" until he 
has received the two signed signature cards and has tax numbers on 
file for both as well."

In October David asked me to send the checks, which I did. But I 
haven't heard anything since. I have received one check (from Amazon) 
since then.

Just wondering what's going on with all that...
