Thanks to brosers.evolt.org I just solved a problem for an elderly
neighbor who is still using his Windows 95 with Internet Explorer 5.5.
For whatever reason he did not make the announced updates and upgrades the
rest of us made in those days.  When he contacted me he was trying to
install the Microsoft Cumulative Update for Internet Explorer 832894 and
could not do so because he did yout have SP2.  I got that help from
