[Finance] Letter from the Better Business Bureau

Hi folks,

I tried to send this to Steering last week but it never got approved 
... so I'm sending it here. Will someone acknowledge and forward this 
to Steering for me? I'm not sure who should handle this.

yesterday asking that the following issue be resolved:
