I think I do. It's got to do with a guy who posted two coments to 
thelist a long while back and asked for the archives to be deleted.

You may find the whole story (sort of) in contact archives.
Here <http://evolt.org/contact/view/60369/> for instance, although he 
does not sign with the same name, but points to the same two archive 
pages. I can't seem to find the original contacts... Jeff gave good 
reasons on why not to respond to them. I can't find his response right 
now though.
