in case no one knows, the better business bureau has no teeth when it comes
to handling matters involving non-members. since we're not members of the
bbb, there's absolutely nothing they can do to us for not complying with
their request.
fwiw, i'd double-check all the details of the letter. it's highly likely
the mental midgets that have been sending the email complaints have
attempted to con you into thinking you've received a letter from the bbb.
