True, so regardless of whether it's a legitimate complaint or not,

I just called the BBB (at a phone number on the bbb.org site) and 
they verified the complaint is legitimate.

Why don't we just X out the person's email address, as requested? It 
only appears on these two pages:

Is that so hard? Just because we're not a memeber of the BBB doesn't 
mean we can't be nice people.

Not to mention that we say on this page:

"Individuals who post to the list hold the copyright to their own posts."

That means they also have the right to ask that their posts be taken 
down, and it seems to me we owe them the courtesy of doing so (as 
much as it might be a headache for us).
