We were talking about the BBB, not the individual. You were saying
the BBB has no teeth since we're not a member, and that they can't do
anything if we don't comply. But that doesn't mean we should just
simply ignore the BBB!
If the entity that's lodged the complaint isn't authorized, or the
complaint itself is flawed, we should let the BBB know that.
