[Finance] February Rent

Although we are apparently darned close, it would seem that we have 
technically just missed our scheduled WEO move-out date from our 
JeffHowden.com hosting service of 31 Jan 2005, so I am making a paypal 
payment to him of $50 for the February rent.

Presumably this'll buy us enough time to spruce up the new place and 
sweep the floors before we leave, as well as plenty of breathing room to 
make a smooth DNS switchover.
