[Finance] Paying for the Raq (ie current LEO home)

Hi folks

I really[1] hate to do this, but personal circumstances mean that I  
can't afford to bear my share of the costs of the box at EV1 that  
currently houses LEO (and is the master repository for BEO).

Currently, it costs just over US$100 per month, of which I pay about  
$65 (exact amount varies depending on exchange rates to UKP).

Mike King currently pays the rest, and has kindly agreed to keep  
paying that. However, if we can't make up the shortfall, I'm going to  
have to give EV1 notice and kill the box.

Can we please have a think about what we want to do?
