[i18n] list membership

There are currently only 14 people subscribed to this list.  I would 
like to have a few more on board.  If any of you are involved with any 
other i18n groups, or if you know anyone personally who might be 
interested in a project like this, please let them know about us, invite 
them in.

Other groups where there may be folks interested in this endeavor... 
webdesign-l, maybe some w3c lists, webstandards.org lists... I am not on 
any of these lists, but perhaps some of you are, and can get the word out.

If it would help to have an evolt.org i18n "announcement" wording to 
send out, let us know, and I'm sure we could work that up.  Since any 
given list has its share of lurkers, I'd love to have at least 25 people 
subscribed, preferably 40 or 50.

But of course, quality is more important than quantity... :)
