[Javascript] pop up window works only once, but works again with reload

lol, I'm a dork

I was reading the posts and thought...hmmm, did I
declare that variable?  (I guess not)

I just inserted var in front of the variable inside
the {}'s and everything works fine now.  :)

Thanks for all your help.  I am glad there is a list
like this.  It's like a flashlight for those wandering
around in the dark... i.e. me
