[Javascript] button object

Hi,
   is there such a thing as a button object in javscript. For example could
i define a new button like:

var the_button = new button();

I can't find reference to it anywhere on MSDN but i thought i remembered
seeing some syntax like that someplace.

Does anyone know if you can do this?
