[Javascript] SELECT and OPTION objects

That's a good idea, but at the time I didn't know how to create new option
tags without setting the length of the select. But thanks to the supplied
link I read how to create options on the fly.

Hmm.  Why not just cycle through the recordset and pump out <option> tags?
