[Javascript] OT: CSS Footer

Does anyone know how to make a footer in CSS? That is, I am trying to make a
page with two columns that positioned ABSOLUTEly and I would like a footer
div to appear under both columns no matter what is in the divs or how tall
the divs are.

Here's a quick ASCII drawing:
