[Javascript] Navigation Control - No back button?

The code that was given below will remove the toolbar, thereby removing the 
back button, but your user would still have the ability to use the "Back" 
menu item from a right-click context menu. There are several scripts out 
there to disable the right-click context (you can find one in the javascript 
area of hotscripts.com), but I agree with the earlier posting about not 
hobbling your users. You would be much better served to find a different way 
to work around your issue, while leaving control to your users. Users are 
like cats, they will do what they want, regardless of what you tell them, 
and they get ticked off when you try to direct them.
