You'd think, but that's not the case for all of them. In order to do that,
they then have to provide hosting facilities for those pages, and take
responsibility for problems.

Another thought. I would think that those corporations would provide the
page to the service rather than have the service scrape the pages. Just a
thought ;-)

Keep in mind that there are paid content providers. Many corporations pay
for subscriptions to these services to be able to place current info and
news stories on their intranets. Policies vary by provider, but many do
allow paying subscribers to deliver content within the subscriber's
frameset.
