[Javascript] disable window settings?

I am using the function CSOpenWindow(action), and need
to know how to disable the window's maximize button
when the window is open.  I am trying to prevent
people from opening the window beyond its set
dimensions.  

Is their a way to allow people to minimize and close
it only?  In this case I would need to allow the
maximize button to work only when the window has been
minimized.  But, if I can only have one or the
other...just disabling the maximize button for the
whole time is fine too.
