sorry it was a cut and paste to the wrong email
Very sorry.

The problem was with the assignment with the

if(confirm("test"))
{

}

var answertext = confirm("test")
if (answertext ==true)
{
do something
}

this worked..so I am leaving it

unless there is good reason to change

once again sorry for the invalid post
