[Javascript] Help please

 Yes you will have to do two switch statements plus you need to assign the
values properly as Michael pointed out. However, if you really want to
capture information I recommend creating a <FORM> and providing Radio
Buttons or Check boxes. I know a lot of visitors to web pages dislike alerts
and message boxes popping up. Just my two cents.

Ok. Sorry I am really really new at this and I didnt realize that you can
only evaluate one statement. So what I need to do is use two switch
