well, I posted the example template at www.emagery.com/clients/emmc ...
I doubt you'd be able to see the .js scripts involved, but you can take a stab at seeing them... inside the same directory, checks.js, exmplmenu_var.js, menu_com.js ... and then what little tidbits are in the index.html file itself.
