[Javascript] Javascript to adjust cursor appearance on frameboundaries

Isn't there some security issues with frames...something about the 2 pages
can be in different domains....don't know why that might be an issue....I
suppose if you had someone elses page there, you could change it with
jscript

Try the frameset. If that doesn't work, nothing will.
