[Javascript] Prepacking the HTTP_POST array from JavaScript

The answer depends on your browser base.

You can use dom calls to add fields to the form object, but not all 
browsers send these 'added' fields to the server (most newer ones do if 
I'm remembering correctly).  Otherwise you are stuck with 1 hidden 
field that you stuff all your data into.
