[Javascript] HTTP_GET_VARS on JavaScript.

In the code which I gave, I indicated how to store the value in cookie
i.e setcookie
Then for fetching Io used getcookie.
Upon submittting
<form  onsubmit='return submitform()' method=POST action='/yourpage.php'>
..
</form>

In the submit form
check the things u need to check 
Also check if cookie has been enabled or not in the submit form.
