[Javascript] The same JavaScript page works only on some PC configurations

Hello,
 
under Windows XP still a few days ago I had the following page working with
all the links on all my browsers (IE, Mozilla 1.2.1, Opera 7.01):

As this page worked fine still a few days ago and I installed some new
programs since then, I suspect that it's some system problem.
 
Can anyone give hint, how to find out such system problems with JavaScript?
