[Javascript] save data from an HTML form to a text file on the server

Server-side JScript, yes. Client-Side... No.

How you're going to solve this depends on what type of server you run off of.
Do you use ASP, PHP, CGI, something else?

Let us know and we'll steer you in the right direction.
