Mac/IE 5.2     -  10px
     Moz 1.4rc2 - 100px
     Safari b2  - 100px

W2K/IE 5.5     - 100px
     Moz 1.4rc2 - 100px
     Opera 7.11 -  10px

I vaguely recall this being an informal browser-imposed restriction
to prevent sites opening barely-visible "stealth" popups, but can't
immediately find a reference. And obviously not all browsers adhere
to it, in any case!
