[Javascript] Script Debugger

You can also give it a shot to this:
Tools ->
Internet Options ->
Advance ->
  Under Browsing Category
  Click on a "Display notification for every script 
  error" checkbox.

Its a 5th CheckBox from top of Browsing category.
