[Javascript] Server.Mappath in JavaScript

Hi All,
   Is there any way to find the physical path of any file located in the
server using JavaScript ?
In VBscript we can use Server.MapPath to perform this operation, similarly I
want to do this using JavaScript.
Please let me know if this is possible and how?
