[Javascript] The cursor is reset to the top of the window

Hi All,

I am facing a problem related to cursor resetting to top of
the window. This is reproducible in IE6 only.

-- Description of the bug --
In the text area window, if you alt-tab to another screen, and
then alt-tab back to the text area window, the cursor is reset
to the top of the text area.

I want to know that is this bug related to IE6? If not, I
can send you the relavant javascript code.
