[Javascript] Forward image via http with ajax

Write a shell script then. The point is you can't do this with a browser
without significant user intervention. I'm surprised in an office
environment that there aren't Windows clients on the LAN, but in a print
shop or such I'm sure it happens. As to Windows centric app, I suspect
here you don't understand what is being suggested, but that is OK as I
said since you have a MAC, write a shell script to run from the Mac to
handle this. In Bash this wouldn't be all that difficult, but confess
I've no idea what shell is in the current version of MAC's OSX, tcsh was
it last time I checked. I'm not a fan of the C shell so can't offer any
hints here, but there are lots of online tutorials out there. Code it up
in Java and you gain a fair amount of non - Windows centric and also non
any platform centric since as I noted earlier in the thread there is a
JVM available for all the platforms you mentioned early on when
discussing clients hitting your web server.
