on node-based apps, mostly as a learning experience.

As a server-side language, meh. Compared to Ruby, there's just way
too much visual/cognitive clutter, and overall the ecosystem seems
so much less mature compared to Ruby/Rails.

But perhaps the appeal will manifest itself eventually :-)
