<P>Sounds to me that you are trying to reinvent the wheel. The wheel on a mouse
is part of a pointing device that is attached to a PC. AFAIK you cannot capture
the wheel turning unless it is turning. IOW if there is no wheel, there is no
event to capture and imitate.</P></FONT></DIV>
