Does Internet Explorer comply completely with the W3C standards? No. Is Microsoft broke? Not by a long shot. But IE 5 must be broke because when I go to <A HREF="http://www.webtuitive.com" TARGET="_blank">http://www.webtuitive.com</A> I see a bunch of source HTML and no links.</FONT></P>
