[Marketing] Affiliate hosting campaing

Hi all:

We need to get some kind of campaing moving in order to attract members
to put some projects on our affiliate hosting programs. So far it hasn't
given any fruits, and I know it's not something quick to do (one does
not close contracts everyday, right?).

I also know most of you are on holidays, in such case, consider this as
a reminder only: we need to think about some kind of campaign-propaganda
for these programs, once we get back.

So far, i can think of three types of support:

-mail message to thelist, thechat, and meo list
-weo article
-banner on weo, leo, beo, meo.
