Ok, we have Isaac nominated as a rep for our group. No-one else has replied
that they'd like to be one. I'm prepared to do the job, if no-one else wants
it, but I'm sure there's someone more qualified to do it. Also, the issue of
timezones comes up here. We're probably better off having reps in 2
opposite-ish timezones if possible.

We're also voting on the methods of voting / time in rep position, etc.
Should we make a wiki page to record our constitution such as it is, and get
Martin to lock it when we're done?

Final notice on the EvoltEvangelsm page (2 days till we freeze it for
sending to sponsors). Can anyone who wants to take a look at it please go
and do so now?
