Infinitely better than what we currently have! I just changed "premier" to
"premiere" I'd like to extend this at some stage to encourage people to
announce their article at other sites.

i.e., if you've just had a PHP article published, you could email a number
of sites who deal with your topic.

Any more ideas?

Once we've finalised this, we'll pass it onto desdev for implementation.
