[Marketing] (vote) changing the constitution

Proposed changes:

1. 3rd paragraph changed to

Anyone can sign up to join the Marketing Group's discussion list and
participate in discussion, but decisions are made by voting members of
the group. The Marketing Group shall have up to 15 voting members and if
there is an opening, any non-voting member can ask to become a voting
member. A vote shall then be held by the group on whether or not they
believe that person should be allowed a voting place. If the group loses
confidence in a member, they may be voted out of the voting group.

2. All occurences of the word 'should' in the document to be replaced by the
word 'shall'.
