[Marketing] donation campaign?

Well target 1's fading into the past as it's already been covered.

We need:
1) The capability to update it
2) Agreement on how much beo mirrors are worth per Gig, plus how we're
going to explain those months where we don't get the money yet stay on the
air
3) An explanatory article (which should include some stuff about "Donations
- better than banner ads")
4) An email ready to go out to all the lists touting for donations.

If we have all of those, then we should put it live, imo.
