I'm assuming you mean evolters memebers not meo members, here.

I don't like it. It seems to me like a negative coercement for people to
sign-up to evolters, as opposed to the positive first part. Since David
has offered to do it for free I'd prefer that forward is provided for
everyone as long as he is willing to provide it.

If we can't find other ways than that to make people join evolters,
we're fucked anyway.
