Move to close vote or chivvy on stragglers (was [steering] Evolt.org Move)

There are, IIRC, ten members of Steering, or now
rather nine 'cos Miriam's gone.

Ron Dorman has made an offer to carry evolt.org's
hosting.  He wants evolt.org to make a serious
effort to reimburse his costs, but will not for
the time being be issuing invoices.

Currently in favour of accepting that offer
for the time being, having registered a vote
on this list (in the order they appear in the
archive):
