So now I'd like us to figure out:

a) When Matt will be in a position to move the servers
b) How we plan to raise money to reimburse transportation costs for that
c) How and where we'll back up all our data just before moving
d) When we're going to announce the server downtime. We must give at least
a week's notice, to be repeated the day before moving as well, so that
people are prepared for it.
