Can we check that contact?

According to the EULA, if we didn't get paper, we didn't get the
license.

...
(d) Other than with respect to a Trial Version, Developer Version or a
Not For Resale Version of the Software, you may permanently transfer all
of your rights under this EULA only as part of a sale or transfer,
provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the Software
(including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any
upgrades, this EULA, the serial numbers, and, if applicable, all other
software products provided together with the Software), and the
recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. If the Software is an
upgrade, any transfer must include all prior versions of the Software
from which you are upgrading. If the copy of the Software is licensed as
part of the Bundle, the Software shall be transferred only with and as
part of the sale or transfer of the whole Bundle and not separately. You
may retain no copies of the Software. You may not sell or transfer any
Software purchased under a volume discount. You may not sell or transfer
any Trial Version, Developer Version or Not For Resale Version of the
Software.

That's not to say that the copy wasn't given in good faith, but the
necessary admin to transfer a valid license didn't get done at the time,
and until it is, we're non-compliant and shouldn't be using the software.
If Dan can't get the CF paper license, then we're going to have to fall
back to our previous version (4.5.1 iirc). We'll need the paper license
for that if we're ever going to be able to re-upgrade.
Marlene, do you think it's a good idea to ask Dan for the 4.5.1 license?
How long should we give Dan to pursue the donor before calling it a lost
cause?
Cheers
Martin
