hi all:

i have the impression that despite not having a clear list of yes / no
answers, the proposal was widely accepted on theforum and people are
interested in defining the details further.

i have enough spare time to tally the impressions as votes this
afternoon, is it worhty? do you want me to proceed?

the other option would be so sent theforum an official vote call: "do
you accept the proposal we've presented?" and then count the votes. i
guess i could also count during the week.
