moving beo proper is going to be interesting as it's using cf.  however, if
we can put the actual archive itself on another machine, i can take the
website portion of it.  we probably need to talk to william and see if the
mirrors can rsynch with deouk instead of beo.

i have a gap in projects i could use to put towards this end.

i have the ability to take on weo/teo (and beo sans the actual archive as
noted above) should the need be there (which it sounds like it is).

not possible, unfortunately.  imo it's not even desirable, but we can save
that discussion for another day.  let's just do what we can to get this
thing moved.
