[steering] opening a bank account

Hey folks,

I can't put it off any longer, I need to open an evolt.org bank
account so I can deposit the check from Amazon before it expires.
(The check went all the way to Martin in Scotland, and then all the
way here, and now I only have 15 days to deposit it before it
expires).

To open a bank account, we need several things:

* To have applied for non-profit status. I can take care of this over
the next week.
* A list and description of who the executives in evolt.org are.
* A list and description of our board of directors.
(I think that's it.)

These last two points are the hurdle we need to get past. What do we
want to do? Should we have a quick vote to elect some executives
(President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer). How should we determine the
BOD?

This can't be dragged out in a long voting process. Suggestions are welcome.
